East, our independent tv pilot and series, has been hitting the festival circuit and has been recognized with so many wonderful accolades. Wanting to celebrate the work of our incredible director, writer and star, Dana Marisa Schoenfeld and producing partner and star Jolie Curtsinger Schwartz for their special recognition and Award of Excellence. As well as, so many wonderful individual honors and those for our entire ensemble of incredible talents.

What a gift to work on such a special project with such a wonderfully talented cast & crew!!!!

Overdue screens at Phoenixville Film Fest

Thank you to @kylebthompson and the @phoenixvillefilmfestival for selecting and screening Overdue this evening. Life came up and I couldn’t make it but from everything I’ve heard this is a fest to watch. Awesome films, amazing programming and a beautiful town to experience it all. Truly hoping to have another opportunity to experience this fest and always grateful to have our work celebrated among other incredible filmmakers and talents!

What an incredibly beautiful theatre @villageeastbyangelika Thank you to @stevencambria for welcoming us and @jeremiah.kipp for a thoughtful Q&A. We had an eclectic block of intriguing, thought-provoking and skin crawling films, awareness of issues in our personal and bigger worlds, beautiful use of animation, and voice-over for storytelling and documentary style films. I think all were appreciated!

And always nice to see @shinbonephotography on the red carpet who makes it fun and silly, while always making you feel like a star! ⭐️

Against the Wind…

In the can ?!? still haven’t found the term that perfectly describes an audiobook being recorded and listener ready.

So, for now, Against the Wind is recorded and on pre-order for an October 3rd release!!!

I’ve been fortunate to narrate both books in Amanda Cabot’s Sweetwater Crossing Series. Each of which explores one of the Vaughn sisters embracing life, love, the challenge of loss, and starting again. I love historical fiction and Amanda Cabot does a beautiful job of taking us on a journey through a time but with issues that are timeless… family struggles, finding your place, going after your dreams despite family or society and sometimes, staying true to trusting your gifts despite push-back, gender roles, societal or family expectations.
